1- Purpose
This web site provides information about the services offered by Plastecca, hereinafter called the “Owner”.
2- Conditions of use
Plastecca.com is a web whose ownership belongs to Plastecca, with address in Polígono Industrial Poliger Sud, Sector II, and Tax Identification Code B17275348, and e-mail info@plastecca.com. In principle, the use of the web is free, and in any case, that use may be subject to General and Particular Conditions of Use. Therefore, the access and use of the web services will mean the acceptance of those Conditions.
2.1- Content, legal terms and liabilities.
The Web contains texts and other contents performed by the owner of the same and his co-operators, with merely informative purposes, as in some occasions, they may not show the most recent actuality; therefore, at any time, those contents may be modified and/or replaced by new ones, with no previous notification, and with no liability whatsoever.
The contents of the web cannot be considered, in any case, as the replacement of legal advice, or any other type of advice. There will not be any type of commercial or professional relationship, or any other type of relationship with the professionals integrating the web for the mere fact of the access to it by the users.
If there are links with different web pages, Plastecca.com, will not be responsible for their content because it has no control over the same.

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, 13th December on Personal Data Protection (LOPD: Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal), and the rest of the legislation which is applicable and/or replaces it, all the information received in the web, through queries, data submittal, or any other means, will be treated with the most strict and absolute confidentiality.
All the users who provide their data through the web will have the rights of access, rectifying and/or cancelling their data, as acknowledged by LOPD, with no opposition whatsoever, and the right to revoke the consent given for the assignment of their data. 3- Governing law and jurisdiction.
These conditions of use are governed by the Spanish legislation. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of Girona will be competent with regard to the matters arising about the interpretation, application and non-compliance with the same. Users, in accordance with their acceptance of the general conditions collected in this legal warning, expressly waive any jurisdiction that, due to the application of the Spanish Law of Civil Procedure in force, may correspond to them.
